    Research Methodology We are examining a range of research questions within the broader CREATE project, examining funds of knowledge, family literacy, community, professional development, and collaboration across Funds of knowledge book within the broader frame of early childhood teacher education. For our purposes, I am going to simplify the concept for practical use in early childhood. This approach should not be confused with parent participation programs, although that is often a fortuitous consequence of the work described.
